Real Madrid vs Inter Milan
Tuesday 3rd November, 20:00, BT Sport ESPN
This is a must-win game for Real Madrid as they have struggled in the Champions League so far with a home loss to Shakhtar Donetsk and a late injury-time equaliser secured a draw against Borussia Mönchengladbach. What appeared to be an easy group has turned into something more challenging than anticipated. Luckily for them, they are still only three points behind first place. Meanwhile, Inter have drawn their first two games in which wins would have been expected. Their manager Antonio Conte has famously struggled in the Champions League and will desperately want his side to avoid another group stage exit.
Betting tip: Real Madrid to win by one exact goal at 11/4.
Istanbul Basaksehir vs Manchester United
Wednesday 4th November, 17:55, BT Sport 3
Manchester United have made an excellent start to their Champions League campaign with victories over last season’s finalists PSG and semi-finalists RB Leipzig. Istanbul are the weakest team in the group and if the Red Devils manage to beat them in both the home and away games; progress to the knockout stages will be all but secured. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men will not be taking the Turkish champions lightly, and a trip to Turkey is never easy no matter the team.
Betting tip: Four to six total goals at 13/8.
Atalanta vs Liverpool
Tuesday 3rd November, 20:00, BT Sport 2
Liverpool have a tough trip to an exciting Atalanta team up next and considering the way both teams play — a lot of goals could be in store with Liverpool also missing their star defender Virgil van Dijk to injury. The Italians bounced back from two league defeats in a row with a win over Crotone at the weekend while Liverpool beat West Ham 2-1 to claim the top spot in the Premier League.
Betting tip: Atalanta to win currently at 85/40.
