Playing Vikings
During normal gameplay in Vikings your goal is to line up as many symbols of the same kind along the paylines. During the raid spin feature this will be bumped up to a total of 7 reels, 5 rows and 78,125 paylines! You also have a Shield Wall Feature which can trigger during base game or during the Raid Spin feature. This feature may trigger randomly and create a cluster of mystery symbols to form in a random area of the reels.

Raid Spin Feature
The Raid spin feature is the Vikings version of a free spin. It is triggered via landing 3 Raid symbols on your reels and once active will award you with 7 free spins and not only 1 but a very generous 3 Hotspots, which are on reels 3, 4 and 5. Should you land one of the fully stacked Viking symbols on one or more of the 3 Hotspots, every other Viking symbol that is both inside and outside of the Hotspots will change into the same triggering Viking symbol, thus bettering your chances at a win significantly!
Hotspot Feature
As the characters Floki, Bjorn, Lagertha and Ragnar line the reels, this feature is triggered when one of their fully stacked symbols land in a Hotspot on the third reel. Once triggered it turns all the other Viking symbols that are displayed on the reels into that particular symbol. So, should you land Floki in the Hotspot all the other Vikings you had on your reels will also become Floki to increase your chances of landing a winning combination with his multiplier!
Shield Wall Feature
There is also a Shield Wall feature present which may trigger during both normal and raid spins.
This is a randomly triggered feature and will cause a cluster of mystery symbols to form in a random given area of the reels, causing them to transform into random symbols on the paytable to give you an increased chance at landing a big-time plunder!
